Yeah, I guess messing with the ratio will do that if you increase it to such high values. I will let this slide, and you will get a proper first chance.

While this is one of my simplest designs, I feel it is quite an effective flag. Clearly I based it off of Ancient Rome.

I saw that one, but wasn't sure if it was actually it. The flag is pleasant to look at, but it violates many standards for being a good flag. It is overly complicated for one, and it is a poor choice to put the seal and lettering on a flag. Overall a 4/10 flag.
