And the US helped to destroy the country my family came from. So the day that I say I'm an American will be after the day I die.

I was referring to this country, but the US had its "fun" with Greece as well. They installed a puppet military junta which imprisoned/killed thousands of Greeks (1967-1974). Thankfully, my relatives in Greece at the time were only imprisoned and not killed. It's still fucking bullshit though. 7 years of it being a totalitarian state, and for what? Fucking assholes.
