When I try to open certain programs (such as the file explorer) my lap top fucks up and doesn't open. I looked for what to do online and it said to do scannow in cmd. The only way you can do this is to run cmd as an administrator but when I did this, it fucked up like my file explorer does.
Thought maybe one of you guiys could halp.
