If you stare at only the bottom portion, then you can kinda see blue and black, but the top portion makes it literally impossible for it to be blue and black. That is clear and obvious yellow at the top, and no matter how the light is shining on it, the fabric would not be that shade if it were anything other than yellow.

Not necessarily. Could just be a perfect combination of a thin fabric, a yellow-heavy black dye (most tend to be green, if I recall right), god awful lighting all around, and the person being bad at taking pictures.

no its pretty obviously blue and black all the way through for me. the way i heard it is, some people's eyes are overcorrecting the colors due to the light imbalance in the photo's composition- could that be correlated to colorblindness? i dont know, all i know is that i see a very obviously blue and black dress.

The only colorblind people here are the ones stating it is blue and black.

you might want to go see a doctor if you really cant tell what's going on here

Like I literally just said, the yellow at the top makes your theory impossible.

Sorry, but after submitting the image to electronic colour retrieval, I have verified using hexadecimal codes that it is blue and black.
