This is not the greatest sig in the world, no. This is just a tribute.
Maybe Kai-shek should have actually did things with his armies instead of hanging back and letting the Americans and PROC forces push back against Japan from '43 onward. Maybe then the common man wouldn't have been wowed by the bravery and ferocity of Mao and joined his side in the second half of the civil war.
