I have three blues this evening: Stilton, Roquefort and Edelpilz. I love blue cheese.

Let's get this back on topic. I ate the Roquefort, and some Edelpilz. The Edelpilz wasn't bad, but it's nothing compared to Roquefort. Which I suppose is why it's possible to buy a goddamn loaf of it.
