Out in California we use real cheese and steak on a hoagie roll. Sometimes bacon is used too.

You gotta hit Jims steaks on South Street for a true cheesesteak experience.

Don't get me wrong, I'll eat a cheesesteak from anywhere and find it delicious, but Jims is on another level.

As for the people/traffic, gotta get used to it man. That's everywhere in the northeast, not just Philly.
