The song is 145 bpm, so the gif should loop 2,4 times per second.

The gif has ten frames. For how long should each frame be displayed? I can't figure out how to calculate it.

Gif duration  = .416 seconds
Gif frames = 10
Duration per frame = gif duration/# of frames = .416/10 =.0416 seconds per frame

41.6ms per frame.
