well i mean it actually doeseven websites like b.net have gore and porn posted on them regularly despite the fact that that stuff is not supposed to be posted there. 4chan is many times larger than b.net so just imagine how many people are breaking the rules regularly. it's actually kind of impressive they keep the blue boards as work safe as they do considering the sheer volume of people that are using the website.
