Well, like yourself, I had trouble with the wording and implications of some. For example, the cat in a tree question. I went with the one that ended up with saying "Sorry, I'm not risking myself for your stupid cat". My problem there is that the basic outline of the answer (give half-assed attempt, tell her you're not doing it) is fine, but I would word it much more tact.

But that's more of a slight aggravation than a problem. I understand that they're wording the questions in a way that makes it clear what kind of action it is, to minimize how arguably good or evil something is.
