I've got blood in my shit right now.

I took a shit about 3 days ago at 4am and was so tired I fell asleep on the John and forgot to wipe. Now I have butt rust and it itches and got cut up. Every time I shit it feels like I'm shitting out glass.

Well you might want to check how bad it is. If it is internal then check a doctor if external then maybe take a shower and clean your ass with water and let it heal.
