It would be extremely hard to accurately portray a live-action Azula because her voice, mannerisms, and physical looks are all so distinctive. In a perfect world, a 16 year old Grey Delisle would play her, but that's obviously impossible. I joked around on page 1 that Irene Choi as an actress with Delisle's voice dubbed on top would be the best case scenario, but that would seriously be a viable option if they did it well enough. Which, considering who's making this, would be unlikely.

I don't even know who my top pick would be other than that, but I will say that if they nailed everything about that character (writing, acting, voice, etc.) I would overlook anything else about the movie and be genuinely impressed with it.
