Right now I'm 150 lb and I'm trying to get to 180 by the end of summer. As you can see from my avatar featuring the god of the bod, I delve in the arts of picking up heavy stuff and then putting it down. Aside from protein supplimentation and creatine (just reupped on it today), what else can I do to gain weight fast? My friend who wrestled had to fluctuate his weight a lot, but his advice is pretty shitty.

People usually bulk in the winter but whatever brah

Basically just eat more

Carbs and protein
Basically if you feel like eating, eat
Always have snacks on hand

Indulge yourself because you should enjoy it before you cut lol

Avoid cardio

what's it for?

going to be completely honest, 30lbs in 3 months isn't feasible, and if you do a majority will be fat.

things you can do:
eat more. the biggest factor in gaining weight. add more protein and carbs. Good bulking foods i used to pound down are
Meat Spaghetti
ground beef
pasta
ramen with eggs
lasagna
Oatmeal
steak

Things like chicken and fish are really good for you and high in protein, but theyre low calories and it'll be hard to bulk hard on those. Eat them anyways

Up the intensity in your workouts. Really push yourself hard. Do more reps, up the weight, shorten your rest times, have better form

Creatine/multivitimins/fish oil are the only sups i'd recommend.

also prohormones are doodoo don't even bother, it'd be 100x better to do an actual cycle but don't worry about that stuff for now.

If you're asking how to gain 30lb of muscle by the end of the summer, you won't. It's not possible.

Following a good diet with a caloric surplus and a good routine,  you may gain 5 or 6lb of lean mass by summer's end. You'll probably gain more than that but the rest will be fat.

People bulk so that they have more "body" to sculp when they start cutting

It's just a way to get bigger so it's not about how you look so much as how big you are

Then you start working out and then that's when you focus on looking good

You can't gain that much muscle that fast.  Under optimal conditions (good sleep, balanced macros, optimal work out, etc) you will only gain around half a pound of muscle a week.  Eat at a small surplus and get a decent amount of protein (after 140grams you get diminishing returns so you don't need more than that).

Damn, this is some good advince in this thread. Aside from killing myself and eating cum. I understand trying to gain that amount of weight in that time frame is unreasonable. I'm alright with gaining muscle and fat, I know the muslce gains will come pretty slow.
And yeah I know bulking in the summer is pretty weird. :/
