Because I have chronic sinus issues, I like my showers to be exceptionally hot so a lot of steam builds up to help clear my head.

When it comes time to wash however, I just turn it down to lukewarm for a minute.

First warm, lather up and stuff


Then as cold as if can get for the remainder of the shower. It's good for your skin, hair, blood circulation, sperm, and overall wakes you up/makes you very alert. I feel like Thor after finishing a cold shower

Yes.  But I use a heat protector beforehand to help minimize the damage.

Usually very hot. Unless I have a date then I will have a cold shower to fool myself off before it. Gotta stay classy.
