i met him at a bar one time. i walked over and said i really liked his music. he started doing this weird hand movement in my face and repeating what i said moking me. i was taken back so i just walked back to my friends. then about 15 minutes later i saw him arguing with the security guards because they wanted to cut him off. he got pissed and walked into the pool room and i saw him take the small little fire extuinguisher off the wall and put in his bag. then i went outside for a smoke and he came out about 30 seconds later holding a stack of empty beer glasses i think he was stealing? then he asked me for a cigarette. i said i had none left and he just patted me on the head and walked off into the darkness alone

Back in freshman year of college I heard somebody across my dorm hall yell "fuck you, Peter!" About a minute later somebody else in a different room yelled "Peter, you bastard!"

Never found out what Peter did but it must have been pretty serious.
