Just live in Wales for 3 years man. The Welsh Government Learning grant paid off 2/3 of my tuition fees, so I'll only have to pay £9000 at the end of three years. (This is despite identifying myself and being an Irish person...)

The English Parliament fucked you up good. Scotland subsidizes the full wack, and the Welsh Assembly pays off most of it, while the governent expects only 40% of the actual loans in total to be repaid before it's wiped after 30 years, which is less than what they got with the old system. England (and Britain in general) really shot itself in the foot over education, and it's fucking hilarious.

then you got the Stanford loan, it's a need based loan. FAFSA also gives out grants which you never have to pay
