anyone know why my win10 is doing this?

i recently applied the classic theme to my windows 10 computer but for some reason all my... things in the bottom right corner have the black background around them. it's annoying.

thoughts? i'm also using displayfusion so if there are settings that i can adjust on that lemme know

All high contrast themes do that.

There is no fix, and I don't have any workarounds.
