I'm attempting to change my password, so I go to the client site and enter my email. It says there's no account associated with that email. I try every other email I've used, and got the same. I looked through my PayPal account -- maybe it's paid through there. No charges on that, or any of my bank accounts. My account absolutely works -- I use it constantly. But I don't appear to have ever been charged for it, and I can't find the original email I got. I'm 90% sure I signed up for a free trial and have been using it ever since.
Any clue what's going on here? I find it hard to believe I've been using the service for free for almost a year; I never bothered to check the monthly fee because I thought it was like $5 a month.
nvm, it's through Amazon and my wife runs that email, so I've never seen it. Feel free to lock/delete/w/e
