Goodness gracious, great balls of lightning!
It's an app that lets you rent other people's cars for a day or more if you have the money. A guy here in town put his '16 Mustang GT that has 1000 horsepower and is supercharged for only $170 a day.

Something similar here in Aus

The car owners werent paid, criminals were using those cars to commit crimes using fake IDs to rent the cars and for the most part damage to the cars that inevitably happened werent compensated for.

Its an awful idea.
