Anyone here familar with STEM cell research?

My friend said putting your own sperm in your ear repairs brain tissue and sperm cells reinforce brain cells, making you smarter. I can't find any articles on the web, so is there any truth to this? I've been doing it for around a week now and the only difference I noticed is I'm hard of hearing.
