Anyone ever use a tanning bed before?

I'm actually really fair skinned when I don't go in the sun to tan regularly for a month. I have a HUGE Halloween edm festival coming up in 10 days and I want to get some color on me so I look gewd when shirtless

How long should I chill in there for good color but not too tan? How many times a week?

Really not afraid of the dangers tbh I do way worse stuff to my body
