I don't know what you did..this "aggressiveness" isn't something that I've seen directed at me too often. But this paragraph is kinda odd for an apology, and sounds like you're justifying whatever it was that happened.

I do not give a damn if this is the internet. It being the internet does not give you free reign to try and ruin the lives of other people. I do not take it too seriously, that is a ridiculous notion. If it is involving personal matters, then it needs to be taken seriously, because every word typed here comes from a human on the other side of a screen, and those words are being typed to another human. Our species is disgusting towards one another, and all I have attempted to promote throughout my life is love and acceptance, but I often lose track of that because I have an immovable wall of ignorant and vile human beings in front of me, blocking my efforts. It has always been this way no matter where I am at in my life. I am often a target for these individuals because they think it is a game and because they know I will attempt to reason with them and become upset when I realize they are only here to hurt others.

Defending someone is all good on all but when people have legitimate reasons to be mad with someone they can be mad with that person all they want. Just being someone's friend doesn't give you the right to write away all the irritation and frustration created by your friend. If your friend is being an ass you should, as a friend, tell them they are being an ass so that they can become a better person.

Having differing opinions doesn't warrant hate in any way. If someone believes in a god, good for them, if they don't good for them too. Having a different epistemology doesn't make anyone anymore of a person than another person. People make mistakes and if they show that they want to make up and become a better person then we should let them.

The main problem people have with Kiyo is that Kiyo lacks respect for almost everyone here. That's why people don't think she should be a moderator because being a moderator entails a lot more responsibility and assumed objectivity to all situations. Moderators should set the standard for other users, they shouldn't just be another frequent user on the website. Moderators should be the standard and when the average user on the website act with more competency and objectivity than a moderator something is wrong.
