It is, I can't play multiplayer with people outside of my country without crippling lag, it took me 9 hours to download half of the Destiny beta and then my internet shrekd itself to dialup, I have between 200 to 300 ping to anywhere outside of Australia.

It's good enough for youtube though so that's something, could be worse, but it's still pretty bad.

Yeah I still foolishly try and play multiplayer from time to time but all it does is annoy me haha

Okay I just checked and even just from me on the east coast of Australia to the west coast I have 127 ping, so even in my own country I have to play with people close to me haha
