When I stayed up 42 hours a couple weeks ago I was only tired when I tried to lay down. If I got up from being pissed cause I couldn't sleep or when I had to, my sleepyness and heavy eyes went away within minutes. I kinda freaked me cause I thought I would have a heart attack from sleep deprivation eventually.
When I'm falling asleep I'll get to the point where I'm really drifting off, thoughts getting jumbled and stuff, then ssuddenly I sort of recognize that I'm falling asleep and my heart rate spikes up and I'm back to fully awake. What do

For the last few days(like 4 or 5) I've been falling asleep at 7-8am and waking up at 10am, but I feel completely refreshed and eenergized the entire time I'm awake. Before I always needed at least 8 hours of sleep or I'd feel like poop but now I actually feel better than ever on 3 hours Also I never get hungry anymore. I have to force myself to eat so I keep gains. Yesterday I completely forgot to eat until like 8pm lol where I killed 2000 calories in a 25 minute window and then didn't eat for the rest of the day. I still feel great, brain is functioning well. Am I just the next step in human evolution where there is no need for sleep or food?
