Been on 50mg sertraline for two weeks now, with minimal side effects, and am to increase my dose to 100mg over the next few days.

A lot of it is some kind of placebo from just knowing I'm on medication, but the difference is night and day. No more chronic emptiness, no more daily suicidal ideation; life is actually fucking worth living. I still have the occasional moment; but that's all they are, moments.

I've probably been drinking a bit too much, but I plan on cutting down over the next few weeks. Nevertheless, it's a lot better than just getting stoned and binging on stimulants. I've also had no cravings whatsoever for MDMA.

For the first time in a long, long while the tunnel looks like it has an end.
