Chapter 1: Luis

Fire. All around him was fire. Luis found himself in the center of a forest fire. His only hope of survival was the two legs and fair stamina.
 He rushed through the flames that surrounded him, over a log that had fallen from a tree high above him. He continued his sprint for what felt like hours until finally he emerged from the forest completely unscathed. The young man keeled over to catch his breath but noticed that he wasn't tired at all. In fact, he felt the same as when he had first started running.
 The odd occurrences did not end there, however. He also noticed a calm voice narrating everything that had  happened to him thus far. "Who's there?" Luis said in a meek voice. Though the voice continued talking Luis did not get an answer to his question. Luis was rather irritated by this and spoke again,"Answer me!" He shouted.
Finally, the voice decided to answer him. The voice is the narrator of this story, you see. And young Luis is the generic protagonist. Luis interrupted the voice saying, "Wait, why am I a generic protagonist?". Well, you see, you are simply the person fit for the job. As is apparent from your nameplate, you're neutral. Nobody gives a shit about you and because of that you're the prime member of this community to be a protagonist.
"What the fuck are you on about? Nameplate? Community?" Luis interrupted again. However, his questions would go unanswered as they are not relevant to the story the voice is telling. Luis has an epic quest in his future and now after a good night's rest, he is ready to take on anything this quest will throw at him. "Wait, what? I'm sleeping?" Luis asked the voice. Luis then found himself in a cave. He heard a loud rumbling above him and promptly looked up to see a giant boulder dropping straight for him. "Holy shiiiiiiiiiiiii-"
Luis awoke with a startled look on his face. He was laying on a pile of hay in his parents barn. He was curious about what had woken him up with such ferocity, but he could not remember what he was dreaming about. Suddenly, a noise to his left caught his attention. The barn door opened to reveal his mother,"Honey, you need to hurry, otherwise you're going to be late for the giant carrot competition!"

Quickly, Luis got dressed, ran out of the barn and headed straight for the town market where the competition was taking place. He needed to hurry if he was going to win the carrot trophy this year.

What is wrong with everyone on this forum? Don't you know that there needs to be a comma when addressing someone?

"Thank Christ" isn't addressing, he is not trying to speak to Jesus himself.
