The angel agreed to trade a set of white wings for the head of another demon. Overjoyed, the demon killed one of his own and plucked the head right off its still-warm body.

I printed out the order confirmation number. They still replied that they had no records of it, but they gave me the pre-order bonus any way because they had some extras.
