I may not be that high on the spectrum, but it sucks. It's a disadvantage. People tell me that I wouldn't be someone that's "gifted" or just me without it. Well I say that's bullshit.

You need to relax man. Don't take people so seriously. Even if they're insulting the shit out of you. Nine times out of ten they wouldn't say it to your face, and if they did just laugh at them anyways. The truth does not change because somebody says something about you. Nobody can change who you are, and you shouldn't let words affect you, online and in real life. They're totally irrelevant and hold no power over you unless you let them.

Staying stressed is really unhealthy. I know it's hard, but you should try.

I do try. Everyday. There are people that told me that if I kept it up. I wouldn't make it past 20. Well, I'm 21 now and I still have this problem.

And the thing is, I wasn't always like this. I became this way after middle school was over.

Breath, Eat, sleep, and just stop caring so much.
The less I started caring the happier I became.

I believe I'm past the point of return to just not care, but I suppose I can keep trying.

It's really hard for me to not care about certain things, but when I do I feel much more at peace mentally.

I wish I could speak the same for me, but sometimes I feel like being angry is what helps me get through in this world.
