I mean, it doesn't affect me whatsoever if people want to stuff their faces with poison, I just dread the day when GMO free products are outright banned. No different than it being illegal to sell non-pasturized milk today.

Pasteurized milk is definitely not the best thing to be drinking (It's hard on the digestive system and contributes to inflammation), but isn't raw milk illegal because it's potentially dangerous and could make people very sick?

If you overconsume it. You're only supposed to drink one glass or the equivalent of one glass of milk every day. The reason pasteurized milk exists is because that's not enough for people. Raw milk is fine if you drink it how you're supposed to, and has a lot of great nutrients that are boiled out of pasteurized milk.

I did that when I thought there was a chance for me, but try adding flax and saw palmetto, too. Flax is way more estrogenic than soy, and SP is a highly effective anti-androgen.

yeah, I take flaxseed pills, need to add in pure grounded flax seed as well though. Iirc peppermint, or was it spearmint, is supposed to also be good.

Spearmint. Flax pills actually don't work nearly as well as the grounded seeds, because they don't have lignans in them, and those are what's actually estrogenic in the flax.
