Hello Floodians/Offtopites, that time of the year which everyone is looking forward is coming up very soon.

That time is of course the biannual Floodian Presidential Election!



In this great act of democratic people's power, the new President of the Flood shall be decided, as has been customary to the Flood since the first elections took place in 2011.

In case this would be the first election which you have taken part in, then please allow me to explain to you how it works. In the first phase, the participants will each be allowed to nominate one candidate who will participate in the first round of voting. I would highly recommend that you also provide a campaign platform, so we would know that you are serious about taking on the significant amount of responsibility that comes with being President of the Flood.

After the candidates have been suggested (the cutoff date will be at 23:00 GMT on 04.07.2019), the first round of voting shall take place. Members will be able to vote for their desired President until 23:00 GMT on 06.07.2019, after which the top two candidates shall advance to the next round. At this point, the final round will take place until 17:57 GMT on 07.07.2019.

After the voting has concluded, the new President of the Flood will have been decided through the democratic act of democracy! ^^

As the winner of the elections in 2011, 2013, 2015, and 2017, I will be included in the running automatically. As for my election platform, I am an undying advocate for unlimited Anarchy days.
