Your thoughts on ISIS boming the 3 holy cities on the end of Ramamamadadan?

I'm sure we've all heard about it and all that, but it seems pretty shocking the 3 holy cities are bombed, showing that it's not really a safe place.

People said ISIS are the real kinda muslims, right? If that was the case, bombing holy cities is a no no.

But I wanted your thoughts on this, since we never heard much reaction around from it, yet when it's the west it's the same things we always hear.

They basically proved that they arent religious, and dont follow the 'correct' way of Islam

Things that have been around since the establishment of the religion though? Places their prophet went to and basically said "yeah these are important".

They're the George Bush of the middle east, you're either with us or against you know. Using Islamic scripture they've justified their cause for a caliphate and therefore all their actions in achieving it regardless of who they kill and where they bomb because it helps them reach the "end goal"

posting uni students from imperial iran really doesn't say much given how poor the population was only the elite at the time were able to go to university hence the women you see showing some leg were a minority even then. It's obviously worse now because there are laws to prevent such acts but there's also no need romanticise the pre-79 situation, also if the people you post were so high in number how did the ayatollahs manage to stage a popular backed revolution?
