Even if they lost WW2 most likely wouldn't have been started by Germany if they didn't get fucked over so badly by France and Britain. Wilson had those 14 points which Germany agreed to then during the treaty that's when France and Britain had revenge on their mind due to the war and the past. Russia might have started the second war but Germany most likely wouldn't have.
