I remembered the line from the Hindu scripture, the Bhagavad-Gita.

Some times it gets so hot out during a patrol where I wish the sun would just get blocked out...The higher ups in the NCR have no idea what we have to go though out there. It's bad enough we get attacked by raiders and mutants, but 100 degree weather is just too much.
