And we just roll in their with radiation suits we can still harvest our oil. There are no negative ramifications to this.

To kill them all would also show the US(currently has the largest arsenal of Nuclear Weaponry and is more than capable of doing it.) to be a country that exerts control over the world. Which any remnants of terrorist organizations could easily use against us, and now there is no root to the problem but the country who bombed the root.

Even when they recover, it'd still be in massive poverty unless a country or countries banded together to financially aid them like the US did Japan.

If not, it'd be the same thing, and judging by how no one wants the US there, I doubt they would. People would turn to crime and terrorism because there isn't anything better. Besides, as shit as it all is, there is massive cultural things over there that stretch back before any of these modern religions. I'd hate to see that all just get wiped off.
