I think children should be enlisted. Think of the potential... You have kids pretending to be helpless, then when soldiers get near BAM. They whip out a pistol and blast 'em, enemies die and their morale drops. It's a great idea.

Even without the presence of a woman in a unit people still have that chance of essentially going beserk when they see somebody close to them go down. That's not to say of course that a woman wouldn't raise the chances.

Regardless of our conclusions, either of ours, the people who want to fight, are going to fight. The military isn't neccessarily needed to throw yourself into a war. There's always fringe parties out there that decide to go off and do things by themselves. Mercenaries or just random fighters. Not exactly legal, I imagine.

But the point being, you and me aren't the ones tossing ourselves into the meat grinder. If somebody wants to fight, then they will.

And obviously, apparently some portion of women, for some reason, feel like fighting. They'll keep pushing the issue. Regardless of your statistics or others.

Haven't there been several studies that suggest that the kind of exertion required for combat service is more harmful to females than it is males?

Not sure where I saw it but not sure if I can find it again.

Not suggesting they should be barred from it, but if it's possible that they can suffer risks that men don't they should know.
