the psychological aspects alone make this a bad idea. women shouldn't be on the front line, it makes them a target on the enemy side, as the whole "women are weaker" stigmata is a thing, and this effects the priority of male soldiers when it comes to getting people out of enemy fire, or dragging someone to a medical team.
on the physical side (based on the requirement differences on the fitness tests), most women won't be able to drag their squad mates out of enemy fire, and be physically weaker compared in most cases, this will increase casualties in every fire fight.
Honestly, the best place for a woman in the army would be a support role, or in an artillery role, not out there on the front lines.
