It's ridiculous of how these so called "blacks that protest" thinks it's ok to protest someone other black that did terrible shit, it's just idiotic and stupid, don't get me wrong, i can understand a protest in some principles, but something like this in Ferguson is just plain stupid, and i can bet my money that this is going to happen again, think about it, this is the second time this happened, it's not going to be a suppressed that it will happen again, how are we going to deal with this anyways is beyond me, this shit has to stop and the so called protesters need to just move on and forget about the past.

Let me guess, it's either a political idiotic thing, or it's a different situation that is idiotic.

People just want a reason to loot and get free stuff.

They don't give a damn about what really happened.

Which is why this needs to stop, if they keep this up in ferguson then the people will most likely be kicked out in florida (yes, i'm talking about the protesters), it's possible but will wait and see.

There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so.
Love life; but take nothing too seriously.
Initially it was over a presumably innocent black teen being shot by the police, and the protests were quite peaceful. However over time a lot of outsiders of the community joined and I guess it just escalated. I've been too busy to follow this particular story but from what I understand it devolved into a riot. We'll just have to see the aftermath of the ruling.

The black teen person was not innocent, he basically was like any other criminal, robbing shit.

Well we don't know if he's guilty or not, and theses protesters are not helping.

because destroying people's livelihoods is in any way conducive to progressive change instead of more violence.

Something tells me the rioters didn't sit down to rationally weigh out the pros and cons of their actions before they started.

Is this about that kid who bought cigars and was then shot by the police for no reason? Seems like a pretty justified reason to riot.

Apparently a black 20-year-old was murdered during the riot, I wonder if there will be as much of an outcry over him...

The protests are understandable in that this was an indictment hearing, not a trial.  Given the controversy, you'd think that Wilson would've at least been indicted.

Although, the prosecution was trying him for murder, not man slaughter or excessive use of force, so maybe that's why he wasn't indicted.

There were peaceful protests but violent gangs used it as a guise to go rob and destroy stuff to get away with it.

I honestly think the majority of the blame lies on behalf of the media by depicting the false narrative of Michael Brown being an innocent little angel child. They essentially added fuel to the fire by hyping everyone up for rioting.

I'm just going to share this - there are riots and "civil unrest" when a sports team wins/loses a championship game, when Joe Paterno was fired, and even at random festivals.

Those protests turn violent, with destruction of businesses and looting, yet there is nowhere near the outrage that has come with the protests here.

I'm just curious as to why that is? Is civil unrest when your sports team wins better than a questionable grand jury decision?

The news had him with his graduation robes lol.

Also CNN had an old white guy arguing with a young African American women over the verdict, seriously?

I think he's just being a butt.

Any sensible person thinks that bullshit is retarded. It's just not as controversial. The people that take part in sports riots aren't using the controversial death of a young man and racial tensions to excuse their horseshit.

Let me ask you a question. Do you recall the Arab Spring movement? You know, began in 2011 in Tunisia?

If yes, do you know how that entire movement started?
