This is what happens when you insist on staying tangled up in a region that worships a pedophile. Why the fuck do we still even have all the dozens of military bases in the Middle East anyway? America is becoming self-sufficient in oil, there's no need to continue funding military activities in this toxic cesspit. Maybe if the US military packed up and left the Middle East altogether, then perhaps the Persians and Wahhabists would all kill each other and the world would finally be rid of two cancers. Just my thoughts.

When do you think the military will finally abandon the middle east, if ever? Do you think the US should continue giving funds to Arab countries and keep a military presence in the region, or should the military pack up and leave the middle east to its own devices?

Yeah, all because the Persians wouldn't give them oil. Persia would've been a very useful asset for containing the Soviet Union too.

It's called sarcasm. I can't recall anytime when I heard someone use "the religion of peace" that they were referring to any religion other than Islam.
