Who is going to win the General Election?

Now that the GE candidates are basically confirmed, I figured this warrants a thread. This isn't about who's your favorite, it's about who you predict to win and give some kind of explanation if you have one.

For a long time I thought Trump couldn't beat anyone if he was the nominee but now I'm starting to think he's probably going to win.

Trump is now beating Hillary in a few national polls. Tied in other polls.
Over 50% of Bernie voters say they will not vote for Hillary if she is the nominee, lowering her chances even greater.

Two things could save us from Trump. Either Hillary gets indicted or the DNC is convinced in switching to Sanders because he stands a much greater chance at defeating Trump in the general election. Bernie has a 10.8 point lead over Trump. It would literally be a gamble if Hillary became the nominee.

You're giving the DNC too much credit, the only thing that makes them better than the RNC is that they aren't completely dysfunctional right now. Also the current chairman of the DNC is a big Hillary supporter and she's booty blasted over Bernie supporting the man running against her for it this election cycle.

Hillary is leagues worse than Trump, but she could hold it together by at least acting professional.

A huge part of why she's suffering in the polls is because she's still in a primary battle. Keep in mind at this point in time, McCain was leading Obama in polls, only to get crushed in the actual election.

If Trump keeps up his rhetoric and regressing (where as he disciplined himself after Indiana), then I don't see him winning. I sometimes wonder if he even wants to win, or just make a point. He didn't think he'd get this far.

Put it this way:

Trump's incompetent. He's got plans but not really a proper method of implementing them, or the wider implications if he did. Would still cause a massive fuckup, but by accident.

Hillary from what I gather, sorta knows her shit. The problem lies that she knows what she wants to implement and how to implement it. Good for standard running the country, bad if she decides to ramp up surveillance, lobbying and other generally unfavourable things for the citizens. I take that as far more dangerous for your country than Trump blundering around policies.

Both are shit, no doubt.

And yet the whole point of what he said was that Hillary can at least act professional compared to Trump, but the truth is that Trump can and has acted professionally.
