There are better ways, and animal testing is rather inconclusive with human trials.

What else are we going to test our medicine on? Plants? We should be testing medicine on the animals that we have the closest DNA too. Which is why we use rats and apes for testing.

Human tissue. Animal testing isn't really reliable at all.

Animal testing is reliable which is why we do it you derp, and no human is going to volunteer to take a drug that has never been tested before on anything.

Completely for it when it comes to medicine/science.

I'm only not against it for things like cosmetics on the grounds that the animal isn't harmed.
