No actually, he pretty much abdicated Caitlyn/Bruce's gender identity, in which Zoe subsequently threatened to hospitalize him because her sensibilities couldn't handle his viewpoint.

Even if he was being a "douche" that doesn't, and will never, give anyone the right to threaten him with violence.

It's not hard to understand why people can't take her seriously. You have someone who's trying to pass off as a women but their voice is manly. Due to that people are going to have a hard time excepting that. To those people she's like Klinger from MASH. The guy is dressing up as a women for a Section 8 but everybody knows he's faking it. Like I said Bruce is trying to pass off as a women but her voice doesn't go with it so people are going to find it as a joke.

It absolutely is not, especially not in a mere debate, no matter how strongly one feels about the issue. I come into conflict with a lot of others on this site over my personal views but I wouldn't threaten anybody over an argument, no matter how heated. Least of all in person

I think OP has a real point in pointing out the hypocrisy of the social left and the media when it comes to the kind of things. I haven't heard anything about this until now. I can tell you with a great deal of certainty that wouldn't be the case if the roles were reversed.

One last thing: Was I the only one creeped out by how the trans guy was touching Shapiro? If I were Ben I would've told him to get his hands off me. And before Max says something like "what, because she's transgender?" Physical contact such as that between people who are generally unfamiliar with each other is creepy, at least to me, in any circumstance, let alone one in which the one making the contact is threatening physical violence.
