how the hell are they supposed to describe them then? Saying someone is black, or has different skin =/= racist

unless they say something like "He looked muslim" I guess? But not racist

So the descriptions are still in-house (now that would be retarded, how the fuck would police find anyone without some basic descriptors), but this is a stupid move regardless. Expect public help to be basically null in regards to these crimes,  which I don't expect to be huge anyway but could be the decider in the odd case or two.
