Does the proposal include any potential measures for future increases, and if so, who is in charge of the rate?

And this tax lasts for 8 years where it will then be put to another vote over whether it will continue or stop.And most likely, the California Government will be in charge of the 50 dollar rate.

I don't see a reason to be adamantly against it, but has the school tried more voluntary methods of fundraising?
The correct answer is to repeal Prop 13.
