Ever wondered for some reason with all the money we put into places like Africa, our money goes to waste?
Here is another approach to doing foreign aid and helping develop local communities. Instead of coming in to tell the people how to live, just wait for them to ask you for help and help them in what they want to do.

So although this is beating the horse and we have heard this issue before but wondering do you agree with it?

I absolutely agree with this. Dumping money in to Africa all day long has destroyed any chance the continent had of maintaining a stable economy and producing its own staples. There is no manufacturing industry in Africa because they don't need to manufacture anything. Villages have no seamstresses because all of the clothing they will ever need is shipped in by the boatload. There are very few African doctors because we are always sending ours.
