2)  They don't.  If you want to try and fight it, then go to the Supreme Court.  If they vote to bring down that provision, then it'd be the only time I'd agree with Antonin Scalia and the other activist judges.

3)  Many would argue that they were "prisoners of war."  Not intending to remove the fact the prisoners there were treated HORRIBLY and inhumanely, by the way.

Seeing as how you've had no mention that what the government is doing is wrong, alongside a response in a another thread with you saying "muh constitution", then things point in that direction. Great way of avoiding the mass information collection there, which is very unconstitutional. Here's an interesting tidbit, the military swears an oath to protect and defend the Constitution. Not only that, but the military is just ordinary people and they will be the ones who would support and help everybody else against the government. And don't give me that modern day military tech also because the groups of people in the middle-east have been fighting against fucking NATO countries for the past decade and they still have yet lost. Don't forget that the government can't just kill American citizens as it's a deprivation of 5th Amendment rights and the government can't strip natural-born citizens of their citizenship either. Why would the government release they've been depriving people of Constitutional rights by detaining them? And there's a provision in NDAA that allows detention which has only been passed under Obama

As I said, government can't kill us. They only can if we're actively attacking them. Sleeping at night means we're not showing a threat and killing us would deprive us our Constitutional rights; we'd be martyrs

All revolutions end up with some blood spilled. Having a blood-less one will accomplish nothing. This is the very reason why we have the 2nd Amendment: To only protect ourselves, but to forcefully defend the rest of the Constitution
