Should gladiatorial death matches be allowed?

Should gladiatorial blood sports be allowed under the conditions that competitors are there upon their own free will and are in a sane state of mind? If you're not sure what I'm trying to get at refer to the below picture

That's the whole idea. Nobody is being forced to do it. It's trained professionals many with athletic and military backgrounds who are fighting for glory and fame.

Yes, but only Life in Prison, prisoners are able to participate. If they win, they are set free. Would be the best sport to watch.
