this is why dress codes shouldnt be a thing and appropriate dress should be evaluated case by case. many yoga pant/leggings/jeggings/whatever are fine like this, but a lot of them are really form fitting or translucent, and like it or not, that sort of thing DOES distract hormonal adolescents. my school had a light policy about these things (only leggings were banned, and that was at the end of my schooling) and we had a pretty serious sexual harassment problem. then again, its also a Title I school, so thats probably part of it, but all the same, i think its best for the girls that they avoid wearing revealing/form fitting clothing without doing something to cover it up (like this girl did with her shirt.) in the same vein, guys shouldnt be allowed to wear compression shorts outside of an athletic competition. you just cant trust teenagers to act rational when it comes to sexuality.
