It's fucking dumb as hell though. Pistol grips, collapsible/folding stocks, and shoulder things that go up don't really help me kill innocent schoolchildren any better than I would with a bone standard, basic bitch mini 14 ranch rifle in wood.

What I love are those bastardized grips like the image below and for the bottom image, there's that piece in the stock to prevent your thumb from going around it. There's no better gun control than something which limits your ability to handle the firearm safely. It's good to now that CAs answer to their crime is not to rebuild and build up gang areas, or do something to hinder the amount of kids who resort to gangs for help. But instead it's to treat law abiding citizens like criminals by limiting their firearm ownership or the features on them. What's even better is that you can be hundreds of miles away from those shit hole cities, but you're still being affected by those bullshit laws.

I challenged myself one day, I said, "Self, I'm going to hold my AR all day like it's got a cali legal featureless shark fin grip on it." So I did.
Then I realized that all I couldn't do was effectively manipulate the safety selector because it's supposed to be operated with that thumb that is now on the wrong side of the rifle. So then I realized that if I had an ambi safety selector then I could handle and manipulate the weapon with the exact some ease that I was used to with a normal pistol grip. All it changes is where my thumb is resting. Otherwise, it's not undifferent than holding a traditional wood gun.

It's absolutely fucking retarded.
