Here's a really interesting article that you can read (though the audio provided is a much better format, and is the original source) describing how a Danish town managed to de-escalate (if not remove) the radicalization of 330 Muslims, 18 of which were returning from Syria, suspected of having engaged in fighting alongside ISIS. It definitely gives credence to the notion that many of these radicals come from broken homes or societies.

Interesting, although the striking difference between the two is that Jihadis tend to be well educated, whereas neo-Nazis are more likely to be disenfranchised working class people. Not always the case, but I thought I should throw that out there.
