I wouldn't hold the opinions that I do if I only listened to one side. That goes for all my opinions.

Israel is happy to wipe them out.

Why haven't they done that, then? They're clearly in a position to, considering how powerful they are compared to the likes of Hamas or even the Palestinian Authority. Why, if Israel is so happy to wipe them out, did they leave them a rich infrastructure in greenhouses during the disengagement to help their economy? If this is all Israel's fault, why did Yasser Arafat do nothing about the Hamas suicide bombings, which were expressly prohibited under the Oslo Accords?

I'd counter this by saying I'm sure Israeli military and government leaders have come up with plans in the past to completely take over Palestine. They have the resources, US support, and it would solve their problems. Who wouldn't want that?

However, those same leaders are also aware that in recent years, other world leaders and important nations have basically said they are growing tired of Israel's antics as well. So, not only would moving to completely destroy and seize remaining Palestinian territory piss off a good chunk of world leaders, but also would likely start a new Middle Eastern war that would not end well for any party.

They will get crushed and cause more problems. Hamas will change and if they need help then hezbollah is there for them and the syrian forces. Honestly ISIS is dying and it is stupid to join them. More chances with groups like nusra who have a better chance at surviving.
